Oyster Reef Golf Course - Reviews

A "don't miss" course on Hilton Head Island. This is one the locals recommend. Good variety of holes. Excellent greens. One of the most enjoyable rounds.

A beautiful, strategically challenging course, Oyster Reef's 18 holes will never cease to please golfers of any level. It features a respectable number of bunkers, dog legs, water, and other natural hazards that provide a reasonable test of skill while still maintaining fairness. In 2000, all of the greens were converted to state-of-the-art Tif Eagle Bermuda grass.

Nice layout with plenty of good holes. The course was in great shape, and the greens were fast and true.

This course features elevated tees and lush fairways lined by thick stands of live oak and pine. Numerous dogleg fairways, accented by strategically located mounds and fairway bunkers, call for well-planned tee shots.
